These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Solomon Business Solutions and Investments L.L.C., d/b/a FreightFA ("FreightFA," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of freightfa.com and all related tools, features, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you're using FreightFA on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
FreightFA provides AI-generated freight rate estimates, capacity forecasts, mode recommendations, RFP tooling, lane comparisons, and market intelligence across truckload, LTL, rail, and intermodal freight. Estimates are generated using artificial intelligence and publicly available data sources and are directional benchmarks for planning purposes only.
They are not binding quotes, guaranteed pricing, or a substitute for confirming rates and terms directly with a carrier. Carrier safety data shown through tools like Carrier Lookup is sourced from FMCSA's public records and is informational only — it is not legal, compliance, or insurance advice, and FreightFA does not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@freightfa.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Some features require a paid subscription (see our Pricing page for current plans). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law. We'll never change your plan or charge you without your consent.
You agree not to:
"Unlimited" quotes, chats, cost-breakdown reveals, and Network Builder runs on paid plans are subject to a fair-use ceiling set far above normal single-user usage — high enough that no ordinary subscriber should ever encounter it. These ceilings exist to prevent automated or scripted use, or several people sharing a single login, from exceeding what the subscription covers. If you reach a fair-use limit, the affected feature resumes at the start of your next billing cycle, or you may contact us about a higher-volume plan.
You retain ownership of the shipment details, RFP data, and other information you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting it, you grant FreightFA a license to use it to operate, provide, and improve the Service — for example, to generate your rate estimates or populate your RFPs. We don't sell Your Content, and we treat business-sensitive data like RFP lanes and volumes as confidential (see our Privacy Policy).
If you upload a file (for example, a rate sheet or spreadsheet), you're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share its contents. Don't upload files containing sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, banking or payment details, or protected health information) or a third party's confidential or proprietary data you aren't authorized to disclose. Uploaded file content is processed to answer your question and is retained as part of your chat history the same way a typed message is.
The Service — including its software, design, AI models, estimation methodology, and content — is the proprietary property of FreightFA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as intended, we don't grant you any license to our intellectual property.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT ESTIMATES, FORECASTS, OR CARRIER DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREIGHTFA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY ESTIMATE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
You agree to indemnify and hold FreightFA harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
