Every parameter is optional. run=1 runs the estimate as soon as the page opens when origin, destination, weight, and commodity are present; without it the form opens filled in. The visitor's usual monthly limit applies, and crawlers never trigger an estimate.

  • No account: 5 rate estimates or Freight Flow AI chats per month.
  • Free account: 25 per month. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro free, no credit card.
  • FreightFA Pro: $9/month or $80/year, 950 quotes + chats per month, rate alerts, and unlimited RFPs with PDF/CSV export.
  • FreightFA Desk: $149/month or $1,350/year, adding itemized landed-cost breakdowns, Network Builder, scenario modeling, predictive capacity, and 3 seats.

  • Flatbed: $3.65/mi all-in including fuel ($2.65 linehaul + $1.00 fuel surcharge), DAT week ending Oct 4.
  • FreightFA live-quote index, dry van: $3.62/mi all-in, the average of today's bookable shipper quotes on 25 benchmark lanes. It runs above DAT because it is the shipper side of the market.
  • Diesel: $6.20/gal, EIA U.S. average retail, week of Oct 5.
